Currently in Colombia, the energy supply is distributed in 48% of the entire Colombian territory, leaving 52% as the areas not currently interconnected, which would correspond to the population that does not have electricity supply, due to the location and the high costs involved in the distribution of energy, which has led to the use of solar panels, diesel-based plants and small hydroelectric plants that do not have the required capacity for the emission and production of this.
