Resumen
In this final degree work is reflected all the experience gained during the social practice, business that was conducted in the entity Gestora Urbana de Ibagué, real estate bank in the region in which an improvement was developed to the entire model of care and service to citizens. In the application of all this modality of degree had a duration of four months, where several visits were made virtually and in person, in order to carry out with compliance with the tasks set by the entity. With the help and supervision of the head of area and advisor in charge, the process required by the planning department and quality management system, which consisted of an analysis and improvement of policies and compliance with the guidelines regarding the service model and citizen attention, was efficiently carried out. After all this journey as an intern, it was concluded that, through the tools and spaces provided by the Gestora Urbana de Ibagué, it was possible to acquire a broad knowledge of how this entity operates in the city. In order to give an added value to the activities carried out there, which helped me a lot to acquire great experiences in my training as a professional.
