This study has a qualitative approach, with a descriptive systematic review of the available bibliography related to human management macro-processes focused on labor well-being and staff development, it is oriented from the improvement related to the systematic solution of team problems applying the four steps for the improvement of quality, with which, it is intended to identify the characteristics that this process must contain within the Centro Médico Prevenimos SAS, in order to generate a positive impact on employees through a structured quality process that in turn, it is reflected in the satisfaction of both internal and external clients and the achievement of the strategic objectives of the organization.
