Resumen
The evaluation for the psycology program's formation considers relevant to determined the implied aspects in order to improve the competences, skills and knowledge regarding the professionals on this area, therefore the article evidences these factors from diverse definitions and theoretic appreciations. It was taken into account a systematic review with qualitative approach descriptive transactional type with a non-experimental design that contains subjective and objective elements for both the students in process and the teachers where it has been identified researches and articles dating from 2005 to 2021, on these investigations were shown elements such as social context, recognition of interpersonal abilities, emotional, cognitive, moral and ethical aspects, amongs others; which are fundamental for the psychology program's practical evaluations, responding to the main and specific objectives, mainly to the research question. Contributing then to the university's curriculum by competences , to the teacher and especially to the students.
