Today, pandemics are the primary national frameworks for risk management at the global level. According to this and being aware of the current situation due to covid-19 and the changes that it has generated in the aspects of the human being, the work has been one of the most affected. This research proposal is based on identifying the extra-legal benefits of the company MAVALLE SAS for its staff, which allow them to improve their motivation affected by the pandemic, because sometimes workers do not support the pressure implied by working from home, their Emotional exhaustion, fatigue and overloads, make your satisfaction and productivity suffer. Regarding the methodology, a qualitative study is proposed, with a phenomenological design; a homogeneous probability sampling and as an instrument a semi-structured interview. The sample will be made up of 10 volunteer employees, of which 5 are workers from Villavicencio (Meta) and the other 5 from the Puerto Gaitán (Meta) plantation; with an age range that oscillates between 22 to 48 years.
