At a global level, Disaster Risk Management is immersed in planning processes at the territorial level. Different organisms and mechanisms promote the strengthening for disaster risk reduction, either due to natural physical hazards or due to anthropogenic socio-natural physical events. International agreements seek the integration, coordination and agreement of nations to advance efforts in classifying risk-generating factors in order to generate sectoral policies and lines of action with various approaches, in order to intervene the physical and social conditions that contribute to the existence of risk in society. An analysis of the risks contemplated in the development of CIVIL ENGINEERING is presented, given its participation so that infrastructure works have maximum security and thus prevent disaster risks, through the application of its regulations, in all phases of the projects. Where they are classified and according to their probability and impact, based on the parameters of the NSR-10, generating a response plan and specific information for each type of impact, developed by the Department of Disaster Risk Management Management.
