Resumen
The present research has a multi-method approach, where it assesses the effectiveness of the application of the Pedagogic Route (Ruta pedagógica) through the Electronic Briefcase (Portafolio Electrónico) in the programs of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, for that, it proceeded to evaluate the use and perception of themselves. It was counted a sample of 177 students and 8 professors of different careers, related directly with these processes, distributed in the following programs: Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Spanish and English, Psychology, Nursing, and Medicine in the cities of Medellin and Bucaramanga, there were applied three collection methods: interviews, polls and documentary analysis (about the reflections and comments of the electronic briefcase). Those instruments were design in relation with the categories, then analyzed by the Excel dynamic tables and Atlas Ti. The results present diverse opinions, improvement strategies, suggestions, and perceptions about the use of the processes researched, answering to the investigation objectives.
