Data communication networks have been, are and will remain a vital technological aspect in companies and organisations in general for the processing, transmission and storage of information. The microentrepreneurs sector in Bogotá, especially the commercializers of rims and rims require networks for data automation, inventory control and the provision of service to their customers, among others. The marketing company that is the subject of the development of this project presents problems in the first instance of making use of a human resource to be in each branch by manually updating inventories and stock control. In addition, high response times in the updating of this inventory and being able to have the control of existence updated, which sometimes means that a sale cannot be made effective. This shows that this marketing company can perform a bad service to customers and become unable to become competitive in the market. In this order of ideas the project to be carried out focuses specifically on interconnecting the main office of the marketer with its two administrative headquarters which are located with close coverage. Methodologically, from an investigative point of view, this will be empirical-analytical because the results are of a technical nature. From the point of view of the development of the project, the steps to be made will be the collection of the data, its analysis, its diagnosis to finally generate, the proposal for a solution.
