The present study aimed to establish the levels of proactive and reactive aggressiveness of students between the ages of 10 and 17 at the María Cristina Arango de Pastrana Educational Institution in the City of Neiva-Huila. As methodology a quantitative approach was used, not experimental, with a descriptive cross-sectional design; data collection is carried out through the implementation of the Reactive-Proactive Aggression Questionnaire (Reactive-Proactive Aggression Questionnaire, RPQ; Raine et al, 2006), the sample used was made up of 288 students between the ages of 10 and 17, male and female, who were in sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades, during the 2013. The results show the levels of reactive aggressiveness in 30.9% and proactive in 30.3%, while general aggressiveness presented 37.9% among students subject to study, in addition to a highly significant statistical difference between one sex and the other showing being more aggressive males with 54% and females with 46% of manifestations of aggressive behavior.
