Through the ideal means to identify and analyze the levels and situations that generate work stress, we intend to carry out the proposal of a practice that indicates the reduction of the same, since stress is a situation that is currently of great importance due to the harmful effects it brings to the people who suffer it, since not only the work development is affected but also family, personal or psychological problems are presented. However, not only that should be taken into account, but work stress can also have negative effects on the health status of workers, as well as a lower performance and early retirement of the worker. Knowing how work stress affects, according to the factors that occur within the environment of workers and administrative staff, allows to show the impact that is generated in work performance, which is very important for organizations, since it would help to take measures to improve working conditions, characteristics and factors that would lead to enhance aspects such as effectiveness, efficiency, innovation and adaptation of the Directorate of Admissions, Registration and Document Management.
