Although it is going through the 21st century, a century of pandemic and social disorder, we must not leave behind the main labor factor, that principle that supports and benefits the behavior and status of the employer, employee and company, for this we try to talk about the behaviors of organizational citizenship that, although they can be influenced by diversity of contexts, affects the employment climate and / or the well-being of the worker. Each employee is going through a process from home, that is where doubt arises about its effectiveness at work, its mood regarding its work, if the social requirements in the company were generally met as; teamwork, loyalty, commitment, respect, tolerance, empathy, altruism and humanity. While these behaviors or values do not directly impact the employee's performance can affect each individual's working climate and personal well-being, this project seeks to approach the process by which the pre-virtuality official is influenced, during and after virtuality.
