Resumen
It is very common to hear on a daily basis the failure, deviation or partial or temporary breakdown of ongoing projects, which can be generated by different factors that were not expected or which were not given the relevance they deserved. The expected and obtained result in a project may have deviations generated by different direct or indirect aspects of it. By clearly and precisely defining the evaluation criteria before and during the execution of any project, it is possible to establish and guarantee a greater relationship between the expected results and those achieved. In other words, if you want to guarantee the success of a project, it is necessary to evaluate criteria that correctly identify the needs of all interested parties, establishing and evaluating possible risks in order to be certain of which of them you would be willing to assume. , and in turn generate action plans for these contingencies that can materialize in a given time within the different stages of the same. Therefore, the need is created to determine the different aspects to take into account for an accurate evaluation that allows the success of a given project from its start-up to its completion.
