Resumen
Alzheimer's disease not only affects the person who suffers from it, but also has a very important impact on the family. It is the family caregivers who, in the majority, take care of these patients with a dedication of 24 hours. In which these caregivers become patients of this disease. That is why this research work represents a theoretical journey that supports the incidences of how coping strategies are given at the individual and family level, based on a systematic review of the object of study. In addition, knowing the coping strategies and the implications that Alzheimer's has in those who suffer it and in their caregivers, at a psychosocial and family level, would give way to discover and understand in a better or different way, the logic of everything lived by the sufferers and their social-family circle. Due to the aforementioned, it was necessary to describe, identify and analyze the events recorded bibliographically. Having this information will be useful for planning the general health social security system. This report is developed, from the bibliographic perspective, how people suffering from this neurodegenerative disease can cope with each stage of it, without affecting the care, quality of health and life of both the patient, families, and / or caregivers.
