Resumen
The Family Compensation System is a great advance in social protection of wage earners and their families, this is in charge of guaranteeing complementary services for the active formal workforce and their family nucleus, topics such as education, recreation, health, well-being and social support are some of the areas that this system usually tends in Colombia. Given that this system manages to impact 79% of the active labor population and their families in Colombia, it is pertinent to make a theoretical analysis of how the strategy generated by these natural organizations is non-profit private law legal persons, organized as corporations. In the manner provided for in the Civil Code, they fulfill social security functions and are subject to the control and surveillance of the State in the manner established by law, whose main function is the administration of the Family Subsidy in the department of Tolima. For this reason, the present study attempts by means of a theoretical model to define the impact of strategic modeling on the stakeholders of the family compensation funds of Tolima, as a result of this study it is expected to define characteristic elements considered relevant for the advancement and positioning of These organizations that contribute so much to the social welfare of Colombians, once there are 43 Savings Banks in Colombia, have departmental jurisdiction and coverage in services to more than 22 million Colombians, workers and their beneficiaries.
