The present work originates from the investigation called the application of the strategic planning model for MSMEs developed by the researchers (Dussan-Pulecio & Serna Gomez, 2017), where the strategic team corresponds to apply the strategic planning model in the thematic bar company eclipse, having as an important aspect the growth and future sustainability of companies, since it allows them to coordinate the actions that must be carried out day by day to achieve medium and long-term objectives. Thus, the current eclipse company is located at Calle 5 # 7-75 Pablo Sexto-Guamo-Tolima neighborhood. Where the formation of this business was an idea given by the family since the opportunity for own entrepreneurship was given, first the agreement and sublease contract was made with the owner Yaneth Lozano for the lease of the site, to be able to adapt it as a bar, In the first two months, the premises are remodeled and adapted, with the purchase of what is necessary, where the appropriate procedure is also carried out to work with the majority suppliers, such as Bavaria, Coca-Cola, Postobon and Licores del Tolima to be able to handle a large assortment of drinks apart from cocktails, for the different tastes of customers. From there, the proper paperwork and registration of the premises begins, and we proceed to open where it is currently operating with the appropriate standards and yielding a profit among the administrators who are Mrs. María Nelsy Rodríguez, and María Julieth Rodríguez together with the hiring of its employees, where they are given training such as the management of the bartender, adequate customer service for greater satisfaction along with the course of handling food, beverages and sanitary permits, thus being the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages. Therefore, this requires the use and primary care of the concepts directly to the subject, in Colombia the sector of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is one of the most important for the country. Be clear about what the market is, the price, the promotion, the products and services. Regarding this, when inquiring about the creation of companies in Latin America, or close to the phenomenon of informality, one finds great similarity with the concept of entrepreneurship. From a very general perspective, it could be said that research in this field is based on three main approaches. On the one hand, the economic approach. On the other hand, the psychological approach and finally, the sociological approach (Soto & Pulecio, 2018). Thus distinguish the segmentation, the customers, which contributes both to the manufacture and to the marketing and distribution of the product or service and help to design market strategies. When the owners or managers of the company are not sufficiently trained for the different changes in the economy. Strategic planning is one that contributes to the definition of company strategies, it is important to know the skills and capacities that can be developed in all business management, identifying them through a tool known as the SWOT matrix, which allows us to make a diagnosis both internal and external to the organization, guiding decision-making and monitoring (Vargas, Ramirez, Roldan, & Cardona, 2016), to determine the aspects that revolve around Guamunos residents and through strategic planning for the Bar Eclipse gradually create a company capable of fostering the growth of service and product quality.
