The idea of this business plan arises from the need to find new markets for the commercialization of Ron Viejo Caldas, since in many Sometimes part of the production is lost because the national demand is not enough to consume all the country's production. Within the development of the plan business, market research was carried out, which seeks to determine the target market for the international marketing of rum Old man of Caldas. This Research was carried out in two phases, an explanatory and a quantitative one; As a result, Mexico was established as the Target country of the exports, then we proceeded to identify customer preferences potentials by obtaining information through the analysis of surveys conducted by Mexican government entities, such as the Secretary of Salud de México, Bamcomext and Proexport Colombia. Subsequently, the operational operation of the export of the Ron Viejo Caldas through Representaciones Continental S.A, taking into account It takes into account all the legal aspects for the export. Then to be able to give execution of the project, it was necessary to define the agents and processes that interact in the export process in the Mexican market based on the regulations of the Aztec country.
