The Business Plan for the opening of a branch of the Sanalejo fruit and grill restaurant, which is reflected in the present work, is aimed at business growth and increased income, using the experience obtained in the development of its economic activity in the city sector Porfía, where it has a position in the market and is the result of the different strategies used in terms of competition, prices, service, quality and promotions that help the constant improvement and dynamization of the company. As a consequence of this, a market study is carried out in the La Esperanza of Villavicencio neighborhood sector, by collecting information obtained after conducting a survey and which yield significant results for the implementation of the new point of sale. Next, the technical, operational, organizational and legal aspects are established, through observation and some factors are derived from the main headquarters of the Sanalejo fruit and grill restaurant, finally the sales projections and financial aspects for the development of the draft.
