The present project consists of the creation of the company LIBELULA DIGITAL as an advertising agency that seeks to generate a profitable business, seeking to improve the advertising guidelines of companies that are not yete positioned in the market or that have identity problems with their brand and image. The methodology of the research will be exploratory, will familiarize with the subject regarding advertising companies and their background, to come up with a specific focus on how to create a way to deliver the service; with inductive method starting from the phase of market research focused on advertising agencies. For this, we look for relevant information on how the market is and how this sector has been accepted to be recognized, in order to reach a conclusion rectifying that the objective project can be implemented; of the quantitative and qualitative method is based on real facts of researched data of statistics of sources of tables, analysis of graphs and surveys. Based on these investigations, the marketing plan is analyzed for the collection of information about the company and the form of how the project can be carried out. Afterwards, the administrative analysis is elaborated, where the strategies and operations, style and human team are captured. Also, the technical study where the needs of the production process are identified. Finally, we analyze the financial part that summarizes the monetary resources necessary to start up the business, as well as the risk presented by those operational, financial and marketing problems; without forgetting the legal part of the constitution of the company.
