This research focuses on the Solving of Additive Structure Problems, supported by the different positions of authors such as Gerard Vergnaud, Polya, Castro, Brousseau, among others, who have proposed a classification and categorization to make known the types of situations according to the structure and elements that make up a problem. Likewise, the game and its relationship with learning in the area of Mathematics are analyzed, it is necessary to understand how it is facilitated to students, internalize some concepts using this strategy. The authors Miguel Guzmán and Johan Huizinga and two of the categories proposed by Huizinga, Mimicry and Alea, are taken as a basis to develop the pedagogical proposal, called the school store and the staircase. In the development of this proposal, numerical thinking is taken into account and its strengthening through experiences, which are significant for the student and how its context provides valid tools to enrich their knowledge, as stated by the authors Obando and Vásquez. In addition, the educational policies implemented by the government in its process of improving and promoting the Quality of Education, the impact they have on the teaching-learning processes, also as a basis for the development of research. The categories of analysis based the application and analysis of each of the tests and tests developed and applied during it.
