The main purpose of the present work was to carry out a process of verification and verification of compliance with the human talent standard in accordance with the Current Health Regulations, in the MI IPS LLANOS Corporation, the institution that provides external consultation services, psychology, promotion and Prevention, taking of cytologies and Dentistry in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán, Meta. Similarly, review the processes of the institution, to detect failures or failures, to achieve compliance with the legal regulatory framework. To carry out the process of evaluation and verification of the Institution's authorization, the self-assessment tool of Resolution No. 2003 of 2014 was used, where the minimum criteria that each institution must meet when contracting and generating processes through talent are stated. human. The CORPORACIÓN MI IPS LLANOS evaluated in this research, is a Private Healthcare Provider Institution of first level, external consultation, psychology, Promotion and Prevention, taking of cytologies and Dentistry, registered in the Special Registry of Providers of the Ministry of Health. Social Protection on October 14, 2010 with habilitation code 5056801265, has enrolled the services optometry, psychology, general and occupational medicine, clinical laboratory sampling laboratory and specific protection and vaccination. Resolution 2003 of 2014 is a commitment of the Colombian state to strengthen the provision of health service through seven (7) quality standards (human talent, infrastructure, equipment, drugs and medical devices, priority care processes, clinical history and independence ) that are evaluated through supervision by specialist professionals that promote continuous improvement through the standard; for this, the facilitator bases on a checklist preset by the same norm; likewise, it is based on three fundamental axes (administrative technical capacity, financial and patrimonial adequacy and technological and scientific capacity) with the objective of identifying the feasibility of service in the institution and its quality. In this order of ideas, the verification of the human talent standard is carried out in the entity CORPORACIÓN MI IPS LLANOS in accordance with resolution 2003 of 2014 through the services offered by the entity to its users. Finally, a technical and detailed report is made of the improvement opportunities that the entity presents with the provision of services and physical conditions of the establishment, promoting timely improvement for an adequate provision of services and effective assistance to its beneficiaries. For this reason, it is necessary to leave the corresponding information to the promoter of the service.
