Determine what have been the strategies used by the administrative body of the judicial branch for the city of Neiva, in terms of promulgation and awareness of Law 1010 of 2006 from the perspective of the courts and then identify and determine what is its application dynamics . Analyze the constitutional, legal and regulatory norms on the subject of workplace harassment applied to the courts of the judicial branch of the city of Neiva. Identify cases of workplace harassment reported since 2006 by employees of the courts of the judicial branch of Neiva, with their corresponding causes and consequences. Establish the procedure given by the sectional council of the judiciary-administrative and disciplinary chamber of the cases denounced by the workers of the judicial branch of the city of Neiva. Show what are or have been the strategies and practices that the judicial branch has adopted, to minimize the scourge of workplace harassment in order to achieve greater organizational well-being.
