Identifying, solving or adapting are the constant challenges that farmers around the world have to the problems that arise, always being in constant improvement in order to maximize their productive indexes, thinking about profitability. A clear example is the use of flow cytometry to perform sperm differentiation. This, at first, was only used to differentiate and classify cells by their morphology, or their size, but it was also applied to the sperm, which thanks to its nuclear differences can be separated into two groups, the sex cells that will generate a male and female progeny. . Having the ability to choose the progeny has always been truly beneficial, since they can carry out planning, controls, genetic improvement to produce greater inclement in their economy, as in the case of dairy production herds, where the males in their majority of Sometimes they are discarded and do not generate greater income, on the other hand, females are the fundamental productive pillar. However, there are some considerations both for the effects that such sperm separation, freezing, handling or its use can have; or simply a minimum of parameters must be presented when making a biotechnological advance to a system, in order to ensure that said project can generate some improvement in a particular area.
