The Colombian Political Constitution, entrusts the State with the responsibility of imposing measures of order and in accordance with its institutions and administrative bodies, generates powers to impose basic rules of security and conduct in order to ensure the preservation of order and mitigate possible conflicts that arise. present in society. With this, coexistence is ensured in order to guarantee the rights and duties enshrined in the Constitution and the laws. This research work focuses on the constitutional procedural guarantees of police law, for the resolution of conflicts in the municipality of Cartago - Valle del Cauca.
