The research work aims to capture the influence of coffee farms with RAS and ORGANIC certification, according to the positive and negative socioeconomic impacts on the coffee growing process in the main coffee-producing municipality of Huila, characterized by its unparalleled flavor and aroma of through a significant sample. The field work was carried out by means of the telephone calls instrument in which information was collected from the different surveys in order to identify factors that influence the promotion to RAS and ORGANIC certification.
