Any business organization regardless of its size must make strategic plans that allow them to know their reality in the current time and with that reality project a goal that is achieved through the fulfillment of strategic objectives. These plans are normally made for periods that are determined by the manager of the company and his staff, to later evaluate and measure their impact and effectiveness in favor of the company, so their design must respond in any case to the need to improve. internal processes and therefore requires information that is obtained first-hand from staff and second from customers. The other factors or indicators only account for the success or failure of the proposed and executed strategy, thus strengthening the idea of this research, whose main objective is the formulation of a strategic plan for the company Terminal de Transportes del Espinal SA, a mixed economy organization that began work on September 19, 2010 and currently has 17 companies that provide passenger and parcel transport services at the national and regional level. As a company that is just going to be in operation for 10 years, it needs to redesign its strategies to be at the forefront of the other terminals in the region. Thus then, the research that will allow the consolidation of the Strategic Plan, will be carried out in four parts, which will be developed using the necessary tools, whose utility allows turning the mission of a company into facts through efficient strategies, with which it is achieved continuous improvement of existing processes, in this case the Terminal de Transportes del Espinal SA the four parts are as follows: The first part consists of the description of the problem and its respective formulation, the general and specific objectives, the justification, and the frames of reference are established. The second part includes the methodology, business diagnosis through matrices that reveal the current internal and external situation of the Transport Terminal. The third part is the formulation of the strategic plan and the final part is the conclusions and recommendations.
