This report describes the work carried out in the Social, business or solidarity practice, under the direction of the Ministry of Rural Development and Environment, where the following works were carried out: First, the request for a technical visit is received to determine or evidence damage to the tertiary road or to a village aqueduct by the representative of the communal action board, who is usually the president of this, then The visit is scheduled and then the trip is made to the place indicated by the citizen who filed the petition. Second, we proceed to take coordinates of the place, measure the affected section when it comes to damage to the road, take photographic evidence, make an inventory of materials in the event that a community aqueduct must be repaired, inquire the locals. on the background of the problem. Third, a detailed report is made in which the place, date, time, purpose of the visit, village personnel who were present during the visit, photographic evidence, conclusions and recommendations with possible solutions to the problem presented in the path and subsequently present it to the Secretary of Rural Development and Environment, in this case to ing. Cesar Picón, who in turn is the one who decides how much material to assign; taking into account the budget, need and popular actions. Fourth, the delivery of material is coordinated with the president of the community action board, indications and recommendations are given for the adequate storage of said materials (cement, iron, strips, sand, crushed, PVC pipes, etc.) and the date for the development of the activity is scheduled with a view to making the footprints plate; if it is the case, which will be supervised by the civil engineer and executed by a construction master and his assistants. Fifth, the process is supervised from the delivery of the material, through the preparation of the land, verification of the formwork and the setting of the iron and the casting of the concrete in the specific case of the footprint plates. The latter must make a report on each process and present it to the secretary. This process is repeated for each request made by the president of the community action board registered with the Secretariat of Rural Development and Environment of the city of Ibagué.
