The document will explicitly show the management process of a pedestrian suspension bridge, showing the construction process, quality plan, the different factors and processes that involve a company in the execution of a private project that seeks to benefit the safety of high-risk pedestrians, significantly reducing the accident rate. The stages of development of the project will be given, taking as main axis its quality plan, as well as the planned times, critical routes, costs and others, to agree on a good performance of time and costs in order to fully guarantee the satisfaction of the project as stipulated in the documentation. The company's quality management plan is implemented. The high relevance of this process is that, with this application, it is basically known, the structural tree, its environment in terms of operation, and its mission (objectives), in order to determine the basis for the development of the quality management system. The budget is prepared taking into account the activities to be developed for the materialization of the project. Likewise, through an analysis of the sector and the market, the APU (unit price analysis) is prepared for each of the activities that make up the project budget, based on the updated prices of inputs and personnel salaries in force in the region. For the preparation of this project, a management plan is developed based on international decrees and standards used for the development of quality, environmental and safety plans, taking as a model the ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 18001:2007 standards, respectively.
