The following research work covers a digital marketing plan proposed for ALMACEN MOTO SUR, in the city of Montería, which will focus on identifying the market, existing needs and the tools or resources it has to meet its objectives. business within which is to achieve the attention of customers, the design of the marketing plan consists of different strategies such as: creation of software or custom database for the warehouse, creation of social platforms to establish recognition and positioning, training for human talent, among others. The digital marketing plan designed is supported by a quantitative and qualitative research that will provide a possible objective towards the design of a marketing proposal based on attention and innovation.
