The article aims to demonstrate within the communicative field the key factor that marks digital platforms and how the digital system has been improving with them and in them, this evolution and the revolution generated by new digital trends has generated not only a different context and improved if it has not completely changed communication paradigms and in relation to marketing the advertising, relationship and relationship marketing paradigms. Advances in technology, population growth and the same competition have led humanity and the business ecosystem to use these new conventions in order to improve their skills and increase their competitiveness through platforms. The situation is as follows, Today the future that was not expected to arrive so soon, the accessibility to infinite amounts of information that was predicted and that that was pronounced to us, we all knew that it would arrive only not so soon, it was said that it was the future; something very distant, even so, some companies took these initiatives and pushed the ecosystem to an evolution that we were still opposing. And so, they began to implement marketing in their respective organizations. As you can see, companies in the world and power rankings have access to large amounts of information or simply own them, this is an important starting point, as we will see later, for the analysis and determination of ideas or insights that will be used for the benefit of business development
