| Resume: | El presente artículo de reflexión se encuentra enfocado en el marketing digital, en el cual se desarrollara a lo largo del texto una breve descripción de su concepto de manera general exponiendo los beneficios o características que lo conforman. Se mencionaran algunas teorías de diferentes autores que complementan la herramienta desde la perspectiva del marketing en las organizaciones, además se expondrán algunos datos estadísticos que ayudaran a brindar mayor claridad a los lectores sobre el uso de las tecnologías de la información en Colombia como estrategia comercial. |
| Abstract: | This reflection article is focused on digital marketing, in which a brief description of its concept in general will be developed throughout the text, exposing the benefits or characteristics that make it up. Some theories of different authors that complement the tool from the perspective of marketing in organizations will be mentioned, in addition some statistical data will be presented that will help provide greater clarity to readers about the use of information technologies in Colombia as a commercial strategy. |
