Resumen
With the implementation of the "new" National Police and Coexistence Code, the aim is to provide tools to the members of the National Police so that they can more effectively combat social problems than, in general, healthy coexistence within the entire Colombian territory. However, as mentioned by Castillo & Ayala (2019) of this, a series of inconveniences have arisen due to the high discretion granted to the police in certain procedures, without this implying of course a violation of rights of the citizen. Due to the above, Law 1801 of 2016 has had during its validity different claims of unconstitutionality and in turn declarations of unenforceability such as those related to meetings and public demonstrations, however it is hardly obvious that the legislator before promulgating this study law the viability for the creation of the norm, so the deleted articles do not turn out to be so far from the founding purposes of the same. In that order of ideas, it is pertinent to analyze the incidence of the declaration of unenforceability of the related articles in the work carried out by the members of the National Police
