Mecanismos de evaluación del daño psicológico en víctimas de abuso sexual infantil

Abstract

This document seeks to make known through a systematic review the mechanisms used in psychological expert evaluations that facilitate the detection of psychological damage in victims of child sexual abuse; For greater depth of the manuscript, the definition of child sexual abuse was disclosed, as well as the psychological damage caused by a violent event such as child sexual abuse, subsequently focusing on describing the instruments, tools or mechanisms used during the evaluations Experts, highlighting that these mechanisms are very useful to facilitate the decision making of judges in the face of such cases. From the review it was concluded that the main mechanisms used for this type of evaluation are the SVA- Validity assessment of the statement, the CBCA- Analysis of criteria-based content, in preschool children the games that include dolls and finally the TAMAI- Multifactorial self-assessment test of child adaptation, which allows to detect the effects of sexual abuse related to the child's adaptability in their environment after the violent event.
