Resumen
The objective of the study was to design a Virtual Learning Environment to favor the pedagogical practices of primary school teachers towards students with intellectual disabilities and to identify their perception of inclusive education, based on their knowledge and experience. The study was developed under the qualitative paradigm from a hermeneutic approach and whose design, according to the theory of Sampieri (2014), is of the Action Research type. The data collection was carried out through the application of two instruments: The Scale of teaching attitudes on Inclusive Education and the Questionnaire on knowledge in Inclusive education, which were applied to 6 primary teachers of the Manuel del Socorro School Rodriguez. The results indicate that although teachers have a good perception of education, it is difficult to carry out their pedagogical practices in disability due to ignorance and the need for training on For Viñas and Cuenca (2015), the teacher must be constantly trained, having a learning attitude, strengthening their strategies, methodologies, and didactics, being competent at the digital level. This study aims to provide a contribution within the framework of inclusive education, to elementary school teachers, to promote pedagogical practices when serving students with intellectual disabilities, given the identification of one of the problems observed and manifested by the same teachers, such as not having sufficient training or knowledge when approaching students with this condition. To solve this problem, it was wanted to design a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) that provides basic knowledge in inclusive education and intellectual disability so that teachers strengthen their pedagogical work in the face of diversity. the subject.
