This investigation, aims to analyze the incident that has the dissatisfaction founded in Homecenter Colombia customers regards to the delivery timing and the tendency of the retailer to send incomplete orders. The analysis of these constraints will be carried out in company of different theories using as a basis the opinions found in internet portals, thus making one of the descriptive study’s methodology and performing the analysis with a qualitative methodology supported by bibliographic research. After said theoretical analysis, it will be concluded that the lack of attention to these aspects may have effects and to make recommendations on how Homecenter Colombia could improve and turn this situation into a differentiating factor and customer´s loyalty.
