The present research work was carried out with tenth and eleventh grade students of the Santander School, whose problem that gave rise to this study is the concern about the relationship between the educational practices of values formation, especially that of leadership promoted by the institution, and academic performance. My research will be applied because it seeks to solve a specific problem; synchronic because it focuses on a school grade; quantitative-qualitative; correlational, because it must be in a specific context, relating two or more concepts or variables and has an explanatory value; field research because it will be carried out at the Santander School.
