The objective of this research project is to evaluate the state of the organizational climate in medical personnel and nurses at the Hospital de la ciudad de Villavicencio. This research will be carried out through a non-experimental, exploratory and transversal quantitative approach, making use of the Organizational Climate Questionnaire by Litwin and Stringer (1968), which measures the organizational climate from nine dimensions, thus allowing it to be analyzed from its different forms within the organization. It will be applied to doctors and nurses from the city of Villavicencio and the selection of the sample will be carried out through a simple random probability sampling, so as to guarantee the possibility that any subject from the population is chosen, as well as that your selection is made randomly.
