The research proposal on Emotional Intelligence in the Internal Client in a Telecommunications Services Company of Villavicencio, during the Covid 19 pandemic, aims to offer an analysis on the effect that is created at the level of emotional health due to the presence of stressors such as the risk factor, the anxiety about the situation, the number of effects that confinement has brought with it. A qualitative approach methodology will be used, of an exploratory type with a phenomenological design, in which a homogeneous sample of the internal client of the telecommunications services sector in the city of Villavicencio will be made. Using the categories of analysis of the Goleman model on emotional intelligence. The instrument will be a semi-structured interview that will be applied to the internal clients of a telecommunications company, to analyze the level of emotional intelligence under the Goleman model.
