The problem of workplace harassment is based on associated risk factors and statistical data, which refer to the presence of workplace harassment in educational organizations, in this order of ideas the high perception of workplace harassment and high rates are observed of workplace harassment in teachers and administrators. It should be noted that there is a significant percentage of workers affected by psychosocial risk factors, generating alterations at a physical, metal and social level, specifically in the company CDA CarLlanos de Villavicencio the following intra-occupational psychosocial risk factors were identified: demands in work and rewards, related to the little recognition of their work and also to the few paid incentives (Céspedes, 2016). This proposal will work from the demand control-social support model, the effort-reward imbalance model and the dynamic model of psychosocial risk factors. On the other hand, the objective of the research proposal is to identify the psychosocial risk factors associated with workplace bullying in teachers and administrators. It should be added that the sample is made up of teachers and administrators from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Villavicencio headquarters. The proposal is based on a quantitative research approach with a descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental design, in which the intra-labor psychosocial risk factors questionnaire will be applied to evaluate specific aspects of the job, the company and the context where they are developed the labors.
