Resumen
It is understood that an Attention and Assessment Center (CAV) is one where specimens of wild species of terrestrial and / or aquatic fauna and flora are provisionally received, which have been the object of apprehension, confiscation or restitution, for their evaluation, attention, valuation, treatment and determination of the option for final disposal. Therefore, the CAV of the CDMB, when fulfilling these functions, must take into account that the escape or escape of animals is a continuous problem and that it can cause accidents both for animals and for those people who reside close to the area or their surroundings, depending on how dangerous the species may be. In order to avoid the greatest possible risk of accidents, it is essential to have a document to follow, in the event that an animal escapes, with the respective physical and chemical restriction information. For the elaboration of this work, the bibliographic references on the physical and chemical containment of mammals were taken as a guide and, in the same way, the different protocols of animal escape in other care and assessment centers and / or zoos; adapting the information collected to the facilities, capture instruments, anesthetic drugs and mammalian animals of the CDMB CAV.
