Background: Comprehensive training of professionals in Occupational Safety and Health Administration from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. Objective: Design and validate a diploma in sustainable management for the students of the occupational health and safety administration program of the Minuto de Dios University. Methods: The research was developed at the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, taking as a population sample the students of the Administration Program in OSH of the Tolima and Magdalena Medio vice-rectories. To do this, an exploratory stage began by means of documentary review, application of a questionnaire-type survey and analysis of the information to establish the curricular proposal. This proposal was evaluated under the criteria of specialists. Results: the documents reviewed showed inadequacies in the curricular components and the praxeological approach of the university, which is why, after the application of surveys to students and entrepreneurs, the need to generate and / or update new knowledge of the topic raised in the research, thus ending with the design of the continuing education program. Conclusions: the curriculum of the diploma in SUSTAINABLE AND SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT IN SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK was designed, under strict parameters of educational quality, which was validated by expert peers and subsequently approved for its pertinent content.
