Employment in Colombia and Latin America, in recent years has been affected, the globalization of the country and the opening phenomenon of the entire world has brought dire consequences in the generation of employment; Of course, the country has not been immune to this phenomenon, which is today a problem of world order and the concern of almost all the governments of Latin America. That is why some investigations conclude that labor is no longer a potential demand, to become a production cost, a cost that has to be as low as possible to increase the profitability of the business; Of course, this new world scenario makes people's working conditions increasingly precarious and parallels the other uncontrollable phenomenon of labor informality prevalent in the region (Hernandez-Sanchez & Rodriguez-Soto, 2014) With a recurring unemployment phenomenon, it is logical that the employer works through the law of supply and demand, once they identify that there are many people who offer their labor, the employer will acquire the best at a lower cost If possible, it should be clarified that it is not the most effective form of hiring, if there is economic and social use, for which the workforce of a company must remain motivated and coerced to achieve the achievement. It is for such a reason that it is important to start by pointing out that work motivation is seen as the drive, will and encouragement that each employee has within an organization, thus sowing the concern of knowing what strategies the managers of the organizations are implementing to have a their labor-motivated workers, so that they can help the transformation, better performance and success of the company and should be the subject of study in today's organizations.
