| Resume: | La felicidad en el trabajo es un factor determinante en la eficiencia de los trabajadores, ya sea a corto o a largo plazo. En este artículo, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica teniendo en cuenta el siguiente objetivo: Analizar las investigaciones del 2010 al 2020 donde se identifiquen factores relacionados a la felicidad en el trabajo. El tipo de investigación fue revisión documental. Por otra parte, en los resultados encontrados, en los años 2013, 2017, 2019 se obtuvo la mayor cantidad de publicaciones de dicho tema; las palabras con mayor frecuencia en los artículos revisados fueron "felicidad y satisfacción laboral", así mismo, se encontró que los elementos comunes para hablar de felicidad en el trabajo son: la motivación, satisfacción e incentivos. En conclusión, de acuerdo con la revisión bibliográfica realizada, cumpliendo con el objetivo planteado, en el presente artículo se revisan 50 documentos publicados donde se aborda el tema y se identifican los factores asociados al mismo. Este articulo daría cuenta de la actualización teórica e investigativa que podría dar paso a una pesquisa práctica sobre la Felicidad en el trabajo. |
| Abstract: | Happiness at work is a determining factor in worker efficiency, be it short or long term. In this article, a bibliographic review was carried out taking into account the following objective: Analyze the research from 2010 to 2020 where factors related to happiness at work are identified. The type of investigation was documentary review. On the other hand, in the results found, in the years 2013, 2017, 2019, the largest number of publications on this topic was obtained; The most frequent words in the reviewed articles were "happiness and job satisfaction", likewise, it was found that the common elements to talk about happiness at work are: motivation, satisfaction and incentives. In conclusion, according to the bibliographic review carried out, fulfilling the stated objective, in this article 50 published documents are reviewed where the subject is addressed, and the factors associated with it are identified. This article would give an account of the theoretical and investigative update that could give way to a practical investigation on Happiness at work. |
