The present work is directed towards the design of a business plan that is a model for the artisans of Guamo, who are mostly retailers and live off the high seasons and festive bridges. It is an opportunity to demonstrate that through business organization or associativity, they can achieve higher income that justifies the time they invest in the art and culture of one of the oldest cities in the department. Thus then, the authors of the research will determine the viability of creating an association of artisans, in a year marked by the slowdown in the economy that has notably affected all commercial sectors, within which handicrafts are no exception. this reality, as a product of the Coronavirus Pandemic, which forced entrepreneurs to reinvent themselves to be able to compete at a commercial level, within the national and international scope and thereby maintain a float of their businesses, in the case of this project; that allows this economic sector to project itself commercially at the national level, participating in different virtual and face-to-face exhibition fairs, such as the one that was recently held in the city of Ibagué, to commemorate the day of the Tolima Hat, and thus training in the theme, so that the opportunity to reach markets never imagined such as Europe and Asia, lovers of art and culture, can be given.
