The impact on oral morbidity of the population attended at the dental school of the Universidad-Cooperativa-de-Colombia-Bogotá is essential for health planning; For this reason, the morbidity of the patients attended was analyzed through their medical records, characterizing socio-demographically by sex, age, stratum and place of origin, comparing the behavior of oral morbidity. Methods: a retrospective-descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. Digital medical records of the adult in the undergraduate dentistry of the UCC-Bogotá, from the years 2017-2019 were reviewed. With a sample size of 384 randomized clinical records in Excel. The inclusion criteria were clinical records filled out and approved by the adult clinic. Exclusion criteria did not apply to this project. The quantitative study was carried out by means of a frequency analysis from the tabulation of information in a template designed with the software for Microsoft Excel®. Results: The most prevalent oral diagnosed morbidity was periodontal disease with 36%, followed by caries with 21%; the morbidity felt was 27% for the population that consulted for "General checkup" and for "Aesthetics" 22%. 64% of the population belongs to the female sex, the life cycle with the greatest attention is that of "Adulthood" and most of them come from the towns of Kennedy, Bosa, Engativá and Suba. Conclusion: the main reasons for consultation do not agree with the diagnoses obtained.
