This case study will be focused on positioning in social networks through adequate digital marketing strategies for the Kawamotos company. To enhance the presence in social networks of the Kawamotos company, the work has been supported by current trends in social networks, the type of communication to be created, strategic and eye-catching virtual spaces that provide visibility with the user and potential client. The investigative work shows the development of a plan to create digital strategies, which are effective and adequate to promote existing social networks, since most small companies have little activity in their social networks, they are created, but do not have a focused use. In other words, it is learning to sell using digital tools, using massiveness as a bridge to globalize the brand locally or regionally, creating competitive advantages. Therefore, said research work will be a portal for the topics of current administrative reality, such as digital marketing, and how this has changed the way in which marketing is perceived and the acquisition and retention of customers, so that SMEs grow on the market and stick with it. Without losing focus and innovating in management.
