In recent years, research on the cognitive development of children has been very important because they have made it possible to know the neuropsychological bases that underlie the development of attention, which is why our main objective is to analyze the process of care for healthy children and children with malnutrition It also seeks to indicate what type of care is altered in children with malnutrition, Detail the variables involved in the care of children with malnutrition, Describe the most important results of the national studies reviewed the previous ones as specific objectives that is why we have designed a methodology where the design of this is through a systematic review, a qualitative investigation was followed where the participants were boys and girls with or without malnutrition; the source of information was databases such as the virtual library of the cooperative university of Colombia. According to the results, it was obtained that dispersed care with 55% and sustained care with 45% are the types of care involved in malnutrition, it was also extracted that the variables related to the care of children with malnutrition are malnutrition with 40%, underweight 25%, on social variables 20%, and finally emaciation with 15%, according to research in Colombia data were obtained on chronic malnutrition, neuropsychological maturity, malnutrition in neuropsychological processes. To conclude, the attention processes in boys and girls are related to weight and height, as well as variables in relation to characteristics of their families, eating habits and inequality of opportunities at the national level, greatly affecting the nutrition of children, From this review the estimates showed a negative and positive impact.
