| Resume: | El estudio buscó determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los servidores públicos de una institución educativa. Se hizo como una investigación correlacional y descriptiva, con un diseño de campo, no experimental y transeccional. La población estuvo conformada por 50 sujetos. Los resultados muestran que hay una relación positiva muy alta y estadísticamente significativa entre las variables. Se concluye que a medida que los directivos desarrollen una adecuada cultura organizacional podrán mejorar la satisfacción laboral. |
| Abstract: | The study sought to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and the job satisfaction of the public servants of an educational institution. It was done as a correlational and descriptive investigation, with a field design, not experimental and transectional. The population was made up of 50 subjects. The results show that there is a very high and statistically significant positive relationship between the variables. It is concluded that as managers develop an adequate organizational culture they will be able to improve job satisfaction. |
