Resumen
The present research was developed in order to identify the symptoms of depression, suicidal ideation and anxiety in boys and girls aged 8 to 12 years, from the behavioral cognitive perspective, for this purpose it was established to work from the perspective of different authors, emphasizing each of the necessary concepts in the development of the research, thus clarifying that such a conceptual approach focuses on cognitive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. This study was carried out from a literary analysis of the previously identified antecedents, which provided scientific evidence on the variables studied, evidencing specific data that provided significant figures within the investigation. It is highly relevant to clarify that the present study is descriptive in nature and the focus or type of quantitative research, from a non-experimental design, because in the case of this research, what is sought is to identify the parameters that revolve in around the presence of problems such as anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation in children between 8 and 12 years old, but for this purpose the problem must be identified globally, regionally and locally to manage a broad knowledge of each point.
