At the time of executing a work there are various deficiencies such as, loss of time (reflected in delays), additional consumption and lack of effectiveness, which translates into excessive expenditure of resources and limited competitiveness, since at the beginning of the project the different parameters to be taken into account and planned on them, obtaining different results that vary when deficiencies of the initial parameters occur. It is necessary to assess the importance of adequacy, planning and control of construction projects. Probably in no other context like that of a construction project, it is necessary to plan so many fronts simultaneously, also involving the handling of a significant amount of information. For this reason it is necessary that each work has its construction schedule so that the work is reflected in the performance, is organized and complies with what is formulated in the schedule, for this the constructor Inversiones Montes Neiva SAS, will carry out its schedule of construction for a two-story house in the municipality of Palermo Huila.
