Today's world faces countless changes that force us to evolve all aspects of our daily lives. The human being for the satisfaction of their physical needs maintains the constant consumption of goods and services, and these over time have evolved steadily and at a considerable speed. Nowadays, people have looked for more comfortable ways to acquire goods and services, so it is very normal to find that they prefer to buy through digital platforms, thus showing a clear example of consumer evolution. That is why those in the world who are dedicated to providing these products or services, must evolve at the rate of the new tastes and preferences of the buyer. This entails a significant effort of time and monetary investment, which helps companies continue to operate in the market and achieve the fulfillment of their objectives. This work aims to create a commercial strategy through digital marketing for the company Zapatero a tus zapatos, thus achieving a strategic position in the market for footwear maintenance and restoration in Colombia.
